Withdrawal of Consent — withdraw consent to our processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing but may affect our ability to provide trial matching services.
Objection — object to processing carried out on a legal basis other than consent where you believe it does not comply with the LGPD.
Breach Notification — if we experience a breach of your personal data likely to result in risk or harm to you, we will notify you and the ANPD within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Health information is sensitive personal data under the LGPD and requires your explicit consent before we collect or process it.
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Brazil. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with LGPD requirements.
