Your Argentine Privacy Rights and Disclosures

This section applies to residents of Argentina and is provided pursuant to the Ley de Protección de Datos Personales No. 25,326 (PDPA). A comprehensive reform of Argentine data protection law is in progress; this section will be updated when that reform is enacted.

Your Rights

Access — request confirmation that we process your personal data and obtain a copy of it, free of charge once every six months.

Correction — request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data.

Deletion — request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or where processing does not comply with the PDPA, subject to legal exceptions.

Objection — object to the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons, including for direct marketing purposes.

Withdrawal of Consent — withdraw consent to our processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing but may affect our ability to provide trial matching services.

Sensitive Personal Data

Health information is sensitive personal data under Argentine law and requires your explicit consent before we collect or process it.

Cross-Border Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Argentina. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with PDPA requirements.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) at argentina.gob.ar/aaip.
