Eligibility

Trial commitments

• Attend the clinic regularly for treatment and talk to the trial team.
• Talk to the research team on a phone for some visits.
• Physical examination that includes height, weight, and vital signs, a breath test, and an electrocardiogram (ECG).
• You will need to provide blood & urine tests.
• Participants will be asked to use an eDiary app on their smartphones or a provided smartphone to report any symptoms they might experience
• You might be asked to take medication at home, such as tablets.
